THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and effective on DATE by and between INFLUENCER'S NAME ("Influencer") and COMPANY NAME ("Company") and shall be in full force and effect between START DATE and END DATE. ­­­ In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows: 1. Engagement. Influencer is the owner of WEBSITE NAME or YOUTUBE CHANNEL NAME, located at URL ("Website"). Company hereby engages Influencer for purposes of promoting Company's brand and/or products through a video, which will reside on Influencer's Website/YouTube channel, and Influencer hereby accepts such appointment. Influencer shall not have the authority to make any commitments whatsoever on behalf of Company.

Influencer shall not have the authority to make any commitments whatsoever on behalf of Company.
