This Agreement shall expire on midnight, June 30th, 20192022. Either party may notify the other party of its desire to negotiate a successor agreement by written notice mailed by certified or registered mail, postage pre-paid, addressed to the other party, (in the case of the Town, to the Town Manager, in the case of the Union, the Representative), and postmarked no later than 60 days prior to the expiration date of the initial period or any renewal period. Negotiations shall begin ninety days before final date of the Agreement. As a showing of good faith during the effort to reach a new agreement, the existing agreement will remain in full force during subsequent negotiations.
