The purpose of the Agreement is to establish an orderly, friendly, collective bargaining relationship between the Hos- pital and certain classifications of employees represented by the Union which will not interfere with the successful operation of the Cambridge Memorial Hospital as a public service institu- tion incorporated to provide adequate hospital and clinical services to the public as determined by the Board of Directors of the Hospital.
