THIS AGREEMENT, in duplicate originals entered into the last date signed herein at the end of this agreement, between the Maine Department Of Transportation (hereafter the “Department”) and Town of Falmouth, duly authorized and existing under the Laws of the State of Maine and having an office in the Town of Falmouth County of Cumberland (the “Utility”) (the Department and the Utility are collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
