The Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, as Owner (as defined in 2015 Uniform General Conditions, Section 1.28) and [Insert Name], as Building Enclosure Commissioning Agent (as defined below) (hereinafter referred to as “BECxA”), located at [Insert Address], enter into the following agreement for professional engineering services (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) pursuant to the Professional Services Procurement Act, Tex.
