THIS CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is made and entered into this 1 day of July, 2021 by and between HURON VALLEY SCHOOLS (hereinafter the “District”), a Michigan general powers School District, whose address is 2390 S. Milford Road, Highland, Michigan 48357, and Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. (hereafter the “Contractor”), a California Corporation, whose address is, 25530 Commercentre Drive, Lake Forest, CA 92630 (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
