This CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT (“Extension”) is made this the 29th day of December 2022, for the purpose of extending the (“Master Contract Agreement”) known as contract number 21.9-OLS, dated January 1, 2021, by and between Olympus Lockers & Storage Products (“Vendor”), located at 6560 Edenvale Boulevard, Eden Prairie, MN 55346, and the Cooperative Purchasing Connection (“CPC”, located at 1001 E. Mount Faith Avenue, Fergus Falls, MN 56537, (collectively, the “Parties”).
