This Agreement is effective this 15th day of September 2015 (herein the “Effective Date”), by and between Entranet Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Florida, USA (hereafter “Entranet”), and Innovation Industries Inc. (III)/Monitor Elevator Products (MEP) a corporation organized and existing under the laws of New Mexico (hereafter “Distributor”). Entranet and Distributor may also be referred to herein as the “Party” or “Parties”.

This Agreement is effective this 6th day of February 2016 (herein the “Effective Date”), by and between Entranet Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Florida, USA (hereafter “Entranet”), and Wooden House a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Turkey (hereafter “Distributor”). Entranet and Distributor may also be referred to herein as the “Party” or “Parties”.
