About this Agreement This provider agreement sets out how Slough Borough Council (the council) and Early Years Providers in Slough will deliver Funded Early Education entitlements for 2, 3 or 4 year olds. It sets out the requirements and constraints that the council and providers must adhere to and includes the Parental Declaration Form that must be completed and signed by all parents and carers.
