This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Interconnection Agreement by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company 1 d/b/a AT&T ILLINOIS (“AT&T ILLINOIS”) and XO Communications Services, Inc. (“CLEC”). AT&T IILLINOIS and CLEC are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
