Where this is a joint tenancy, the term "Tenant" applies to each of the individuals above and the full responsibilities and rights set out in this Agreement apply to each Tenant who will be jointly and severally liable for all of the obligations of the Tenant under this Agreement. In the event this tenancy is a joint tenancy all tenants acknowledge that, for the purposes of the tenancy deposit, the person first named on this Agreement will be the "lead tenant" for the purposes of the administration of the deposit in terms of the rules of the tenancy deposit scheme.
