a Public-Private Partnership is entered into by and between the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, a home rule municipality (hereinafter “Town”), Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One (hereinafter “TIRZ #1), Trophy Club Economic Development Corporation 4B (hereinafter “EDC”), OTD TC, LLC (OTD TC collectively referred to hereinafter as “the Developer”), and all entities collectively referred to as Parties in this Agreement (“Parties”).
