Unless this contract, purchase order is exempted by the rules and regulations of the Secretary of Labor issued pursuant to Section 204 of Executive Order 11246, or Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, there is incorporated herein by reference paragraphs (1) through (7) of the contract clauses set forth in Section 202 of Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Act of 1974, as amended (38 USC 2012) and all other relevant Acts, Regulations, and/or Executive Orders.
