A motor carrier as defined in Terms and Conditions Section 1(a) (‘Monthly Account Holder’) must register with NIC Federal, LLC (NICF) in order to obtain employer access to Pre-Employment Screening Program (‘PSP’) records. The information gathered here will be used (a) to register your organization, and the specified users within it, for this account, (b) to run verification checks regarding the identity of your company and the individuals you identify as users on your behalf, and (c) for billing and account management purposes.
