THE UNITED COMPANY, a Massachusetts limited partnership having its home office at 221 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston, (hereinafter called OWNER), hereby leases to the party below, a parking space for one automobile at THE 35 WESTLAND AVENUE GARAGE. Parking is month to month unless terminated as provided below. Parking spaces are not assigned but OWNER reserves the right to assign the specific space to be used and to change the location of such space from time to time.
