Now come Port of Palm Beach District (“Grantee”) and Rybovich Boat Company LLC (“Operator”) and modify their Operator’s Agreement dated July 2nd, 2018 in accordance with the letter dated October 20, 2020 (S-182-2020) from Andrew McGilvray, Executive Secretary the Foreign-Trade Zones Board, United States Department of Commerce, which letter is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and which letter provides, inter alia, for a minor boundary modification.
