as full and maximum compensation for well and faithful completion of the Project, and also, unless expressly excepted in the Contract Documents, as full compensation for the following: all loss or damage, arising out of the nature of the Work (as defined in the Contract General Conditions), or from the action of the elements or from any unforeseen difficulties or obstructions which may arise or be encountered in the prosecution of the Work until its acceptance by the City and for all risks of every description connected with the Work, and for all expenses incurred by or in consequence of the suspension or discontinuance of Work, and for well and faithful completion of the Work in the manner and according to the Contract Documents and the requirements of the City. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that payment will be made for the Contract in accordance with the Contract General Conditions Payment and Completion section.
