This Waiver and Release is effective during the above mentioned dates. In consideration of the risk of injury and/or death to myself, my guest, or my invitees, while occupying the premise or engaging in any activity on/in or around the above mentioned property I hereby, for myself, my guest, my invitees, my heirs and any others that that may wish to hold Rentor, (Richard Enright) liable, I, the Rentee knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my occupying this property, and/or participation of any activity on this property, and do hereby release and forever discharge Rentor of said property and his heirs, for my death or for any physical, economical, or emotional loss that i may suffer as a direct result of my renting the above mentioned property.
