This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the 12th day of February, 2003, by and between THE UNITED ILLUMINATING COMPANY (“UI”), a specially chartered Connecticut corporation, with its principal office located at 157 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut, and NORTHEAST UTILITIES SERVICE COMPANY (“NUSCO”), a Connecticut corporation, with its principal office located at 107 Selden Street, Berlin, Connecticut, acting as agent for THE CONNECTICUT LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY (“CL&P”), a specially chartered Connecticut corporation, with its principal office at 107 Selden Street, Berlin, Connecticut (together, the “Parties” and individually, a “Party”).
