This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the state in which Site conducts the Study. Claims, controversies or disputes arising out or in connection with the Agreement which cannot be settled amicably between the Parties, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of the city where the Site is located.
