This document sets forth the terms of the subscription agreement to use Creative Studio (hereinafter, the subscription) and governs the terms of use of the Creative Studio platform including its components (the platform or Creative Studio®, as a whole and hereinafter) as well as certain conditions of the other services (hereinafter, linked or related services) that the Subscriber has contracted or will contract in the future (e.g. maintenance). Its terms have contractual force between the Subscriber (the Subscriber or you, depending on the context, hereinafter) and Guud TV, S.L. (hereinafter, GuudTV or the Service Provider). Hereinafter, each of the above are considered separately as a "Party" and jointly as "Parties".
