WHEREAS the Optionor is the recorded and beneficial holder of certain unpatented mining claims which are filed with the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines (the “Ministry”) which claims are situated in the District of Red Lake in the Province of Ontario, and more particularly described in Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming a part of this Purchase Option Agreement (the “Agreement”);
