This exhibit defines the scope of work for Basic Services to be provided to the City by the Consultant for North 5th Street – Cheyenne Avenue to Lone Mountain Road Improvements project. City reserves the right to cancel, re-prioritize, and/or alter the schedule of the Project as identified herein. City will give written Notice-to-Proceed on a task by task basis.
