This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) effective as of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between the Eden Township Healthcare District, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as the “District”), and Mark Friedman, an individual (hereinafter referred to as “Employee”).
