These Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions governing the relationship between CUE Audio, Inc. (“CUE”) and the customer identified in the applicable Customer Order, as defined below, (“Customer” or “you”) relating to the services provided by CUE through the CUE Platform or otherwise (the “Services”). CUE and Customer are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
