Agreement #: AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEENTHE CITY OF MENLO PARK AND DUDE SOLUTIONS THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into at Menlo Park, California, this , by and between the CITY OF MENLO PARK, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CITY," and DUDE SOLUTIONS, hereinafter referred to as “FIRST PARTY.” WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, CITY desires to retain FIRST PARTY to provide certain professional services for CITY in connection with that certain project called: Energy manager standard implementation WHEREAS, FIRST PARTY is licensed to perform said services and desires to and does hereby undertake to perform said services. NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS, PROMISES ANDCONDITIONS of each of the parties hereto, it is hereby agreed as follows: 1.
