Jackson County performed a competitive Request for Qualifications (RFQu) process in order to award multiple contracts for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)/Virus Mitigation Products and Services. In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was determined that maintaining an inventory of this equipment is recommended, and in some instances required, to prevent the spread of germs in public spaces such as offices and classrooms.
