The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation or Freddie Mac (“Issuer”), for value received, hereby promises to pay to the registered holder identified hereinabove, with respect to the Freddie Mac Structured Agency Credit Risk (STACR®) Debt Notes, Series 2016-HQA4 represented hereby, the principal and interest amounts due on each Payment Date and the Maturity Date, unless earlier redeemed or repaid, in accordance with the terms of the Securities Documents (as defined herein), until the principal and interest due on this Note are paid in full or made available for payment.
