These terms and conditions supplement your Oportun Visa Credit Cardholder Agreement (“Cardholder Agreement”) and describe how the Oportun Cash Back Card program works. Subject to the terms below, you will earn Cash Back based on your Purchase and Payment activity. By using your Card, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any words or phrases used herein and not otherwise defined will have the meaning specified in the Glossary section of your Cardholder Agreement. We retain the right to determine your eligibility and your right to continue to participate in the Cash Back program. Our decisions are final.
