The new terms will apply to new customers who open an account with Revolut Trading Ltd from 21 November 2023 onwards. These terms will remain in effect until 3 December 2023 for customers who opened an account with Revolut Trading Ltd up until 20 November 2023.

In such circumstances, where you are situated in a Member State of the European Economic Area, we will only provide you the services under this agreement where you initiate such services at your own exclusive initiative; where we provide you services on this basis, they are not deemed as provided in the territory of the European Economic Area.
