This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Norcom, Inc. (Norcom), a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with offices at 40 SE 5th Street, Boca Raton, Florida 33432, and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. (Norcom and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
