This Move Money Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract that governs your ability to use an online money movement service provided to you by Sun East Federal Credit Union (“Sun East”) and our service providers, Digital Insight and CashEdge Inc. (“Service Provider”). The External Transfers service allows you to transfer funds to or from your eligible Sun East accounts and other accounts held by you at other external U.S. financial institutions (“Accounts”), assuming that the transfer is permitted by the relevant financial institution and by law. The Popmoney® service allows you to electronically send money to other people in U.S. dollars via their email address, mobile phone number or directly to their Account held at other U.S. financial institutions or to receive money from other people from a U.S. financial institution and in U.S. dollars.
