The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and Registry Services, LLC agree, effective as of (“Amendment No. 1 Effective Date”), that the modification set forth in this amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) is made to the 30 June 2019 .biz Registry Agreement between the parties, as amended (the “Agreement”).
