This Framework Accession Agreement (hereinafter - the "Framework Agreement") governs the relationship between Svyaz VSD LLC (“Linx”), a legal entity duly established under the laws of the Russian Federation, Prime State Registration Number (OGRN) 103773010444, and a legal entity that uses the Services provided by Linx (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”), based on an Order signed by Linx and the Customer. The Framework Agreement is an accession agreement within the meaning of Art. 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Framework Agreement is not a public agreement (Article 426 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The framework agreement is not a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
