BC Hydro writes to file with the BCUC, pursuant to section 71(1)(a) of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA), the Amended and Restated Transfer Pricing Agreement between BC Hydro and Powerex Corp. (Powerex) effective as of December 1, 2023 which amends and restates the Transfer Pricing Agreement originally made as of
