This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by the City of Chula Vista (City) and the Chula Vista Police Officer’s Association (POA) as a result of meeting and conferring in good faith concerning the wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment, pursuant to the Employer-Employee Relations Policy of the City of Chula Vista and California Government Code Sections 3500 et. seq., known as the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act.
