This Acuity end user license agreement (“EULA”) governs the use of the certain Tyto Athene and its third party software licensors’ (collectively, “Licensor”) software applications that include or refer to this license, and any related updates, source code, appearance, structure and organization (the “Licensed Applications”), regardless of the delivery mechanism. The Licensed Applications may include software subject to copyright of Juniper Networks (US), Inc., Microsoft Corporation, NEC Corporation, Red Hat, Inc., Ribbon Communications Inc. and 128 Technology. Such required third party Licensed Applications notices and/or additional terms and conditions are located in Section 2 below and are incorporated by reference into this EULA.
