This Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) is entered into between Graduation Alliance, Inc (Contractor) and the local education agency accepting and entering into this DSA (LEA). This DSA relates to the 2020-2021 Section 25i Attendance Recovery Program grant (ENGAGE Michigan), and districts electing to participate in ENGAGE Michigan are governed by the aforementioned grant and this DSA. Each LEA is referred to in this DSA individually as a “District” and Contractor is bound by this DSA to each LEA individually.

This Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) is entered into between Graduation Alliance, Inc (Contractor) and the Arizona Governor’s Office of Education (AZGOE). This DSA supplements the Agreement between Contractor and AZGOE relating to the Arizona Attendance Recovery Program. Participating Districts, which opt-in to participation in the Attendance Program in accordance with the Agreement and this DSA are referred to individually in this DSA as a “District” and Contractor is bound by this DSA to each Participating District individually.

This Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) is entered into between Graduation Alliance, Inc (Contractor) and the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE). This DSA supplements the Agreement between Contractor and SCDE relating to the South Carolina Attendance Program. Participating Districts, which opt-in to participation in the Attendance Program in accordance with the Agreement and this DSA are referred to individually in this DSA as a “District” and Contractor is bound by this DSA to each Participating District individually.
