This Release, Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated as of the Effective Date, which is the date appearing on the signature page, between Rock N Air East Brunswick, L.L.C. (“Rock ‘N’ Air”) and the undersigned in his/her own capacity (“Adult Participant”) and if any minor(s) is/are named below (collectively “Child Participant”, whether one or more) on behalf of, and as the parent or legal guardian for such Child Participant(s) (all parties collectively, “Participant”). As valid consideration for entry into the premises located at 581 Route 18 South, East Brunswick, NJ 08816 (“Premises”) and participation in the Activities (as defined below), the undersigned agree as follows:
