Definitions For purposes of this Contract, the following terms have the following meanings:  Academic Year- The term “Academic Year” shall mean the Fall and Spring semesters at the University. Residence Hall - All portions of a building, as well as its immediate outside surroundings, whether on or off campus, made available by TWU for Student living accommodations. Apartment-A University-assigned unit including any assigned exterior storage closets, patios, porches, balconies and stairwells. Common Areas - Lobbies, lounges, stairways, hallways, laundries, bathrooms, exercise rooms, basements, walkways, lawns and parking areas. Student-A person admitted to Texas Woman’s University Co-residents- children, spouses, roommates
