THIS COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 1, 2018, between the City of Avondale, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”), and Unifirst Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation (the “Contractor”).
