A Sick Leave Bank shall be available to all bargaining unit members and shall be administered by a committee consisting of three bargaining unit members appointed by the President or Co-President of CUE and three administrators appointed by the Superintendent of Schools. This committee shall review and pass upon applications for sick leave bank days submitted by the members of the Sick Leave Bank.
