State Theaters, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, (Developer) is proposing to construct a six screen movie theater in Reedsburg resulting in the creation of high quality movie theater. This Memorandum of Understanding is intended to summarize the commitments of the Developer and City of Reedsburg (City). These commitments will be formalized in a Development Agreement which will be executed by the Developer and City.
