This Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between The Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc., a California, U.S.A. not for profit corporation (the “SCA Inc.”), and Society for Creative Anachronism Ltd, an Australian Limited Company (the “Affiliate”). This Agreement documents the relationship between the SCA Inc. and Affiliate and describes the mutual rights and obligations of the parties. This Agreement shall become effective on the date it has been signed by both parties (the “Effective Date”).
