This Agreement sets forth the terms of a custodial account established by Employer for employees of the Employer who elect to participate in the plan established pursuant to Section 457(b) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (“Plan”). The custodian under this Agreement is The Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company (“Custodian”). Contributions shall be held, administered and distributed pursuant to the terms of this Custodial Agreement and the requirements of the Code. Custodian serves as the non-discretionary, directed custodian of this Custodial Account.
