The Customer named on the Business Service Order Agreement and Clear Choice Cloud Services, herein referred to as CCCS, agree that the terms and conditions on the CCCS Business Service Order Agreement and these terms and conditions constitute the agreement (the “Agreement”) for the provision of the Services selected by Customer and designated on a Service Order. Services may include CCCS commercial high-speed internet services (“Internet”) and CCCS commercial digital voice and fax services, including enhanced voice, toll free and trunk services (“Voice”) (each a “Service” and collectively “Services”).
