This Agreement entered into this day of 2010 by and between the CAMDEN COUNTY BOARD OF CHOSEN FREEHOLDERS, hereinafter called the "County", and CAMDEN COUNTY COUNCIL #10, hereinafter called the "Union", has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the County and the Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment, and represents the complete and final understanding on all the bargainable issues between the County and the Union.
