Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, with a principal place of business at Grenzacherstrasse 124, 4070 Basel, Switzerland and Roche Molecular Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 4300 Hacienda Drive, Pleasanton, California 94588 (F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd and Roche Molecular Systems, Inc., considered together, “Roche”), wherein FMI and Roche are each a “Party” and, collectively “Parties”.
