This agreement (“Agreement”) replaces the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 2010 and the Interagency Agreement from July 1, 2009 – June 30, 2012, by and between the same parties. This Agreement is made and entered into between the County of Mendocino Health and Human Services Agency, acting by and through its Mental Health Branch (“MHB”) and the Mendocino County SELPA, on behalf of Mendocino County Local Education Agencies (“LEAs”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
