The Members’ Advisory Committee (“MAC”) plays an important role in the overall governance of PURE Specialty Exchange (“PSE”). The PURE Specialty Exchange Membership Agreement (“Membership Agreement”) is the charter for the MAC. The Membership Agreement recognizes the Powers of the Members’ Advisory Committee (the “Powers”) and these rules.
